Meet And Greet Process

Before your pet's stay with us, we believe it's important for both you and your furry friend to feel comfortable and confident in our care. That's why we offer a meet and greet session, where pet parents can tour our facility, meet our staff, and ensure that it's the right fit for their pet.

What To Expect During The Meet And Greet

Meet the Team

You'll have the opportunity to meet our experienced and caring staff members who will be taking care of your pet during their stay. We will answer any questions you may have about our services or policies.

Behavior Assessment

As part of our commitment to safety and compatibility, we'll conduct a brief behavior assessment to ensure that your pet is a good fit for our daycare or boarding program. This helps us understand your pet's temperament and determine the best way to integrate them into our playgroups

Trial Day of Daycare

We require at least one full day of daycare before committing to long-term bookings. This trial day allows us to assess your pet's behavior in a group setting and ensures that they're comfortable and happy in our care. It also gives your pet a chance to familiarize themselves with our facility and routines before an extended stay.

Why We Require A Trial Day Of Daycare

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in our care is our top priority. By requiring a trial day of daycare before long-term bookings, we can assess your pet's behavior, socialization skills, and comfort level in our facility. This helps us determine if our daycare or boarding program is the right fit for your pet and allows us to make any necessary adjustments to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Additionally, the trial day gives pet parents peace of mind, knowing that their pet is in good hands and will be well cared for during their stay with us.
